Hi, my name is Mikael Roepke, I’m a self-taught software developer. Five years ago, my curiosity took me throw this path of wanting to know how the systems work. On this path, I have learned about different technologies and approaches to them, and how to create, manage and solve problems that a product or a user may have. On this way, one of the technologies that I have had most experience with, is the web. As a full-stack developer, I have learned to develop front-end by creating personalized looks and in the back end I have mange from setting up a server to create microservices and much more.
In my life, I have worked in many fields, from piloting airplanes to TV and movie productions. As a pilot, I have learned that when you face a problem, the only way out is to solve it. And in film production, to work and organize big teams, and to fulfil their needs. These, and many more experiences, I have applied to software development.
As in my work live, in the programming world, I have gone through many technologies learning the most I can, and over all enjoying what I do.
